Colin Lavery brings over 25 years of real estate experience, including residential, commercial, industrial, and special-use properties. With a background in both consulting and in-house leadership, he’s known for building strong teams, negotiating complex deals, and delivering results with a strategic, client-focused approach. Colin works with a wide range of clients but is especially passionate about guiding first-time home buyers through the process. He also specializes in helping seniors downsize, managing estate sales, and supporting families through major transitions. With proven systems and a trusted network of service providers, he ensures every transaction is smooth, timely, and on budget. Fluent in English and French, Colin has a strong interest in architecture and design—particularly pre-war Art Deco. He holds degrees from the University of Toronto and Queen’s University, with further credentials in financial analysis from Ivey Business School. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Scrum Master, he brings clarity, structure, and efficiency to every client experience—all backed by the global reach and innovation of the Corcoran network.
