As co-founder of The Rose Group, a second-generation Realtor and Diamond award-winning Realtor, Elyse specializes in single-family homes and works closely with upsizers, downsizers, and first-time buyers—guiding clients through major life transitions with clarity, integrity, simplicity, and genuinely personal service. Elyse also has extensive experience in multi-residential investment real estate, having worked with developers, public and private REITs, and high-net-worth investors on income-producing properties across Ontario. Her background includes the valuation and management of large apartment portfolios and commercial assets, bringing a data-driven, detail-oriented perspective to every transaction. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Western University, has completed all CCIM coursework, and spent over a decade in personal and commercial insurance, helping clients analyze risk and protect their businesses and most valuable assets. Outside of real estate, Elyse is a proud mom of two who enjoys health, fitness, and time outdoors—often found at the hockey rink, baseball diamond, or soaking up fresh air and sunshine in Goderich.
