Specializing primarily in commercial real estate, Duncan advises investors and property owners with a strategic, experience-driven approach. His work is supported by a strong commitment to community, serving as Board Chair of a nonprofit housing provider and previously on the boards of the Child Witness Centre and Habitat for Humanity. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Waterloo and is a licensed Realtor with the Real Estate Council of Ontario and a member of ITSO.
