Corcoran Horizon Opens Sixth Office in Ontario Office in Oakville
Corcoran Horizon Realty opens its newest office in Oakville, Ontario, at 418 Iroquois Shore Road, Unit 102. The move extends the brokerage’s growing footprint in Ontario and places it squarely within one of Halton Region’s most established real estate markets.
Corcoran Horizon's new Oakville office led by Cliff Rego (CEO) alongside Tom Karadza (Branch Managing Partner) is location at 418 Iroquois Shore Road, Unit 102. The launch continues a period of steady growth for the brokerage, which has been methodically building its presence in Ontario’s most competitive and character-driven markets.
“Joining Corcoran felt like an immediate alignment of values. The brand is built around local expertise, relationships, and an unwavering commitment to client service – qualities that resonate deeply with the Oakville community. Oakville has a distinct character, and I’m thrilled to lead this office as we bring an elevated, personalized approach for local buyers and sellers with an expectation of excellence,” said Karadza.

Tom brings extensive corporate leadership and real estate expertise to his role as Branch Managing Parter. Prior to entering real estate, he spent years in sales management across multiple Fortune 500 companies, developing a strong foundation in strategic growth and high-performing team management. He launched his first real estate brokerage in 2008 and has since built a reputation as a trusted market leader across the Greater Toronto Area.
Oakville’s housing stock is marked by heritage properties lining the area’s downtown core, while waterfront estates along Lake Ontario command some of the region’s highest residential price points. Newer luxury residences and stately townhome developments round out the market, which continues to draw buyers looking for both pedigree and proximity to Toronto.
“Oakville has long been a market where discerning buyers expect more, more craftsmanship, more history, more attention to detail. This office gives our agents the platform to meet that expectation, while continuing to pair our white-glove service with the resources of a global brand,” said Rego.
Positioned along the north shore of Lake Ontario, roughly halfway between Toronto and Hamilton, Oakville has built its reputation on a rare combination: a walkable, historic downtown anchored by the harbor, some of the province’s top-performing schools, and direct access to the Greater Toronto Area’s employment core via the QEW and GO Transit. That mix has made the town a magnet for those looking to upsize, to relocate from the city center, and those seeking a long-term investment in a market known for its stability.
From its Oakville base, the team will extend service across Burlington, Milton, and Mississauga, giving clients throughout the corridor access to dedicated local guidance. The new office joins Corcoran Horizon Realty’s existing Ontario locations in Kitchener, Cambridge, Hamilton, Toronto, and Port Severn, a portfolio that spans from urban centers to cottage country, and now, the province’s most established lakeside communities.
